I developed the Carrion with one goal “Make a knife that compliments my scavenger mindset”. I have always lived in very rural areas; bout an hour from any town and it’s not uncommon to need a knife 10-20 times a day for various tasks. I wanted a knife that wasn’t too big but was robust enough that it would still have no problem busting through the rib cage of any animal I may encounter. I designed the handle to be a comfortable 3.5-finger blade in a forward grip and 4-finger in a reverse grip (edge away) with plenty of pommel to wrap your thumb over.
